News Update

Okay not a real update, just an update of plans:

I am back from visiting Bell in the Netherlands and all stoked to get back to work on the next pages. I also figure I should fill everyone in on our plan since updates have been so sporadic lately and people have been speculating how long the comic will be and or/if it’s dead.

- Right now we are releasing what is of sorts an introduction/ budding relationship origin story to Adrian and Carter. That is what these first five chapters are.

- We are planning to have all five chapters plus extras published into a book by Fall 2012.

- That means that we will need to release and make pages faster than we have been doing. We are looking at mid-June to start releasing two pages a week.

- Pages should start getting released again next week.

How long is Always Raining Here going to be?

The overarching story has still has a tentative length, but we have an ending in mind. The main/intro story should end around 85 pages, and subsequent stories will be contained within one chapter, likely around 20-30 pages each. We are also planning on releasing more written short stories about Carter and Adrian’s adventures! We are very excited to show stories them ACTUALLY together! Haha.

And once again, sorry for the delay recently in pages! We are going to try hard to get back on track :)

    This is great news! I was starting to get a little worried with the lack of updates, so I’m glad you informed us as to what’s happening. I’ve come to love these two boys–it would have been heartwrenching to see their story discontinued.

    I’m disappointed that the page did not update last night as promised. Is there any way that your fans could be given an update? We all understand life getting in the way.

     I’d like to say that really, when somebody is putting their time and effort into creating something, if they don’t create it on schedule there shouldn’t be any sort of reason for others to be critical of that.  We’re not paying for it to come out, and if you are paying for it to come out, good for you, I’m glad you enjoy it so much.  There’s still no obligation.  Don’t have to voice your “disappointments” please.

    I enjoy this comic very much.  And even if it dies like Finders Keepers does, Its alright, I have already enjoyed much of it.  Keep up the good work, and don’t let it stress you out as I am 99% sure you still have a day job and a life.
